About

Musique Royale presents Doogie & Dun, a collaboration between two long time Canadian musician/vocalists who will touch the hearts and funny bones of fans of all ages and musical persuasions. Douglas John Cameron and Duncan Fremlin share almost a combined century on stage, Douglas as an award winning vocalist and songwriter, and Duncan as the leader of Whiskey Jack, one of the longest running bands in Canadian country music. Their collaboration was born 10 years ago but continues to evolve as they travel the country with their very popular show, Whiskey Jack Presents Stories and Songs of Stompin’ Tom. Hear a “best of” collection of their catalogue of songs interspersed with outrageous tales of their many encounters with fellow Canadians, characters right out of a Charles Dickens book! Get ready to laugh and jiggle with Doogie and Dun at Musique Royale’s opening Cookie Concert!

Cookie Concerts are hour long presentations incorporating music with other artistic creativity, for the whole family to enjoy! Come out the first Saturday of each month from October-June, always 2 pm at the Lunenburg School of the Arts.
